TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FARMER’S DAUGHTER CATERING ORDERS

ORDERING

EVENT ORDER POLICY: Due to the time it takes to prepare food orders, all orders need to be received by 48 hours prior to your event. (Please note that some menu selections may require additional notice or a substitution may be required).

 

RUSH ORDERS: While we are happy to accept (upon agreement) same day orders or after 3pm the day before, they may be subject to a $25 rush order fee to help offset the additional food/labor cost to process your order on short notice. Please note that product selection may be limited, so your flexibility is appreciated. Orders made prior to the 48 hour cut off must-be confirmed with the manager.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Due to ordering costs, cancellation within 24 hours will mean that there will be no refund. Cancellation within 24-48 hours will result in a 50% refund of your order.

 

CHANGE ORDERS/ADDITIONS: Any additions can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event for existing orders. Additions made 24 hours prior may incur additional charges due to rush ordering and additional staffing.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICIES

ORDER PAYMENT: Payment for your order is due upon placing the order unless otherwise arranged with by the owner.

 

CHECKS: All cheques should be made payable to Farmer’s Daughter Sub Shoppe.

 

DELIVERY: Delivery may be available by arrangement with the owner. Please contact us directly.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: All catering orders are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering. 

 

GRATUITIES: Although gratuities are not automatically included in your invoice and are not required, they are very much appreciated by the staff. You may add a gratuity by contacting the manager or onsite at the time of pick up.

 

 

PRIVACY

 

PRIVACY: Any orders placed on the Farmer’s Daughter website or directly with our staff will be kept private and used solely for the purpose of completing your order. All client emails will be saved in our system and included in future Farmer’s Daughter mail-outs regarding updates, information or promotions related to our company. Your email or order information will never be shared or sold to any outside party at any time. Should you wish to be removed from our email list, you can opt-out at any time or contact us at Melissa@FarmersDaughterSubs.com. Our payments made by credit cards are by a secure encrypted credit card processing system to ensure the safety and privacy of all transactions.
